Dr. Steve Hermsen is a orthopedic residency trained and board certified Doctor of Physical Therapy. He joins the practice with a strong belief in holistic patient care focusing on physical and bio-psychosocial contributors to pain and functional limitations. With his detailed examination and extensive manual therapy and exercise prescription skills, Dr. Steve’s goal is to generate individualized experiences specifically tailored to each patient.

My Background
Dr. Steve graduated with honors from Carroll University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He then completed his Orthopedic Residency through Concordia University - Wisconsin. During residency, Dr. Steve completed his Dry Needling certification through the Dry Needling Institute and has continued to refine his manual therapy and clinical skills through various seminars and continuing education programs. Dr. Steve is pursuing further education and training through the Institute of Clinical Excellence and the Titleist Performance Institute to improve his ability to provide well-rounded care to athletes of all levels and sports. In his freetime, Dr. Steve loves weight lifting, golfing, hiking, cheering on all Wisconsin sports teams, and spending time with his Fiance, Eve.
