- Rounding your shoulders
- Jutting one hip to the side
- Rounding through your back instead of hinging at the hips
Things to do EVERY time:
- Brace with your core!
- Engage the muscles between your shoulder blades
- Bend at the hips and knees to use your legs to lift instead of your low back
